Scottsdale Tour FAQ’s
Do I need to purchase my tickets in advance?
Tickets must be purchased in advance. Tours often sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of reserving the day and time you prefer, please book well in advance. Tickets can only be purchased with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Are tickets refundable?
Ticket sales are final and are not refundable. In the rare event that the tour company would cancel the tour, you will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
What is included in the tour price?
All tour food and beverages, venue presentations, venue gratuities and the services of a local tour host will be included in the tour ticket price.
Is tour host gratuity included in the tour ticket price?
No. Tour host gratuity is not included in the ticket price and not required. However, if you enjoy your experience a customary tip would be 15-20% of the tour price and very much appreciated by your tour host.
Do you have gift certificates available?
Yes, gift certificates for are available for our Wine Walkabout Tour. Just click on the Gift Card button on the Wine Walkabout website page.
As much as we love children, all guests joining the Wine Walkabout Tour or the Craft Draft Beer Sampler Tour must be 21 years old or older and bring a valid, government issued photo I.D.
Do I have to be 21 or over to go on the tour?
Yes, because we visit locations where alcohol is being served our tours are considered adult themed.
Do the tours operate if it’s raining?
All tours operate rain or shine. Please research weather conditions and dress appropriately including comfortable walking shoes.
How long are the tours?
The Wine Walkabout and the Craft Draft tours run approximately 2.5 – 3 hours in length.
Where will we go?
We visit three Scottsdale establishments per tour.
How far will we walk on the tours?
The walking distance on the Wine Walkabout Tour is approximately 1/2 mile. The walking distance on the Craft Draft Tour varies depending which venues are selected for the tour. Some venues will require transportation.
What is the size of the tour group?
The maximum size of our public tour groups is 14 participants.
May I take photos while on tour?
We encourage photo taking and we love to see the amazing photos that our participants take.
Is this considered a sightseeing tour?
We consider this activity to be more of a tasting tour.
Will this tour end at the same location it begins?
No. The tour will end at a different location from where it begins. You tour host will provide an area map and transportation options if needed.
How much food is included in the tour?
Tour participants will receive pairing appetizers at most of the venues.
How much wine / beer will be served on the tour?
Over the duration of the tour, the equivalent of three to four glasses of wine or three to four pints of beer per person will be included.
Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please let us know when purchasing tickets if you or anyone in your party has a food allergy that we should know about and we will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions.
Is there parking nearby?
There are several free parking areas located around Downtown Scottsdale.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
We walk for more than a mile, so it would be up to the individual to determine if they were up to that or not. If you or someone in your party is in a wheelchair or mobility challenged, please contact us from the “Contact SipAndSavor” link, and we will see what we can do to accommodate.
Would a local enjoy the tour or is it geared towards visitors to the area?

Is the tour only offered in English?
Yes, unfortunately we currently only offer our tour in English. You are welcome to bring a translator if you would like, however they would have to pay for a full price ticket.
Can I bring my dog?
We love dogs, however they cannot come with us on the tour, with the exception of service animals. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your service animal.
