Scottsdale Tour FAQ’s
What is included in the tour price?
All tour beverages, small bites at most locations, presentations, server gratuities, the services of a local tour guide and 10% tour guide gratuity. If you enjoy your experience it is customary to show your appreciation to the tour guide with an additional 5 – 10% gratuity and is greatly appreciated.
Do you have gift certificates available?
Not at this time.
Are children allowed on the tours?
As much as we love children, all guests joining the Wine Walkabout Tour, the AZ Craft Draft Beer Sampler Tour or the Spirits of Scottsdale Tour or any tour or activity that involves the consumption of alcohol must be 21 years old or older and bring a valid, government issued photo I.D.
Do the tours operate if it’s raining?
All tours operate rain or shine. Please research weather conditions and dress appropriately including comfortable walking shoes.
How long are the tours?
The tours run approximately 2 – 3 hours in length.
Where will we go?
The majority of our partner venues are located in Old Town Scottsdale. Most of the working breweries included on the AZ Craft Draft Beer Sampler Tour itineraries are located in Tempe, North and Central Scottsdale and require transportation.
How far will we walk on the tours?
The walking distance on the Wine Walkabout Tour is approximately 1 mile in total. The Spirits of Scottsdale Tour is less than 1 mile. The walking distance on the AZ Craft Draft Beer Sampler Tour varies depending which venues are selected for the tour. Some venues will require transportation.
May I take photos while on tour?
We encourage photo taking and we love to see the amazing photos that our participants take.
Is this considered a sightseeing tour?
We consider our Wine Walkabout, AZ Craft Draft Beer Sampler and Spirits of Scottsdale to be tasting tours. The Old Town Art Walk should be considered a sightseeing tour.
Will this tour end at the same location it begins?
No. The tour will end at a different location from where it begins.
How much food is included in the tour?
How much food that is included is based on the group’s preferences.
Is there parking nearby?
There are several free parking areas located around Old Town Scottsdale.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
We walk anywhere from 1/2 to 1 mile so it would be up to the individual to determine if they were up to that or not. If you or someone in your party is in a wheelchair or mobility challenged, please contact our office.
Would a local enjoy the tour or is it geared towards visitors to the area?
Our custom activities, tours and events provide unique activities for resort guests, visitors and locals alike!

Is the tour only offered in English?
Yes, unfortunately we currently only offer our tour in English. You are welcome to bring a translator if you would like, however they would have to pay for a full tourprice.
Can I bring my dog?
We love dogs, however they cannot come with us on the tour, with the exception of service animals. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your service animal.
